Tadley prepare for league challenge |
Tadley RFC finished a steady mid table last year and will be looking to push for promotion this season. The league fixtures show Dorchester & Devizes coming into Southern Counties (South) and they will be a stern test. With both Wooton Bassett and Oakmedians being promoted, 4 or 5 teams will fancy their chances of winning the league and they definitely include Tadley. Tadley improved steadily as the season went on and the player’s hard work was rewarded with county recognition with 5 of the team playing for Berkshire lead by Club Skipper Rob Murray, who also captained the County. Murray says “Roll on this season, we spent a year rebuilding last year and this time we are pushing for promotion.”
